Refund policy
Full and partial refunds are available for items that have been damaged. If the item is replaceable, a new one can be shipped to you upon request. Damages for "ephemeral" products (e.g. smudge bundles) will only be considered if it interferes with the product's ability to provide its main function.

To qualify for a refund or replacement, please send photographic evidence of the damaged item upon opening your package within 30 days of purchase, and include a description of the problem. Each case will be addressed individually in a one-on-one conversation to reach a fair solution for both shopper and shop owner.
